* Masters in Computer Application/ Bachelors Degree in a technical field:
          Computer Science, Engineering or IT related discipline
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft development tools and technologies
          (6 to 8 years of development experience with at least 5 years with
           Microsoft products/focus)
* Minimum of 3 years of IT team leadership experience with demonstrated
       ability in requirement gathering, architecture design and managing project
       schedules is required
* Good working experience with VB.Net, C#, VB/VBA, MS-Access, SQL Server,
       ADO.Net, ASP.Net
* Understanding of project and configuration management practices
* Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals,
       deliverables, and deadlines
* Strong program planning and organizational skills
* Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, standard processes
        and best practices
* Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment.
* Possesses strong oral and written communication skills. At ease communicating
       with diverse audiences.

Desired:

* Experience managing IT projects, ideally for energy, environmental or social
        programs organizations in either the public or private sector
* Experience with Microsoft Project
