He should have had at least 5-6 years of industry experience.
- Sizing Projects using IFPUG FPA methodology for Productivity Baselines/External Engagements/Proposals.
- Consulting for internal and external clients utilizing FPA expertise.
- Training, Mentoring and Coaching team members towards CFPS certification – this is a key responsibility
- Writing White-Papers and creating knowledge capital for Internal and external branding.
- Supporting RFP’s, estimations and budgeting using Function Points.
- Experience from delivery background will be given preference.
Job Skills: Essential - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, temperament and discretion.
- Ability to work on own initiative within clearly defined parameters.
- Ability to carry out designated tasks including reporting outcome of actions taken.
Desirable - Experience presenting in International Seminars and Conferences on Sizing Methodologies
- Knowledge of alternative sizing methodologies like COSMIC, NESMA and Fast Function Points
- Experience in working on FPA Pricing and Function Point tools.
