He should have had at least 5-6 years of industry experience. Sizing Projects using IFPUG FPA methodology for Productivity Baselines/External Engagements/Proposals. Consulting for internal and external clients utilizing FPA expertise. Training, Mentoring and Coaching team members towards CFPS certification – this is a key responsibility Writing White-Papers and creating knowledge capital for Internal and external branding. Supporting RFP’s, estimations and budgeting using Function Points. Experience from delivery background will be given preference. Job Skills: Essential Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, temperament and discretion. Ability to work on own initiative within clearly defined parameters. Ability to carry out designated tasks including reporting outcome of actions taken. Desirable Experience presenting in International Seminars and Conferences on Sizing Methodologies Knowledge of alternative sizing methodologies like COSMIC, NESMA and Fast Function Points Experience in working on FPA Pricing and Function Point tools.
