Roles and responsibility:

Should have 2 to 3 years experience in Managing Multiple Projects at a time.
Should be having hands on experience on OOPS, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, JDBC , J2EE Design Patterns, UML, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Ajax, XML, XSLT, JUnit, Maven.(All the skills are mandatory).
Should be strong on Design and Architecting.
Should know Web Services and be a technology savvy.
Should have Web application security knowledge.
Should have Application performance Tuning knowledge.
Should have excellent communication / presentation skills.
Well versed with Quality process.
Should be a team motivator.
Should have handled 15-20 member project team.
