Requirement : 1 ( Location : Mumbai/Chennai)

Job Role Business Analyst

Total Years of Experience 6-10 years

Years of Relevant Experience 4 years

Description of the Job Specify the typical duties/functions completed by a person in this role.

□ Liaising with the business to understand and gather their requirements (functional and non functional)

□ Walk the Dev team and the QA teams through the requirements

□ Convert the requirements into a requirements document that is readily usable by designers and developers

□ Convert business processes into structured projects with defined deliverables

□ Review and signoff QA test cases to ensure functional coverage

□ Support User testing and handle post implementation issues

□ Assist with creating user manuals

□ Involvement with GUI design to come out with a prototype of the user screens

□ Train the technology teams on the business

Requirement : 2 Functional Lead (Location : Mumbai)

Outline of role - scope and purpose

* Work with the business and business facing technology teams to deliver functional specifications of Cash Equities Front Office Order Management System.
* Deliver Use cases and test cases and co-ordinate and lead the delivery of application
* Liasing with senior management, other teams and stakeholders for the project management, reporting and reviews.
* Recommend and lead efforts for improvement and innovation

Outline of role - priorities

* Deliver functional specifications of Cash Equities Front Office Order Management System working with the business and business facing technology teams to d
* Deliver Use cases and test cases and co-ordinate and lead the delivery of application
* Liasing with senior management, other teams and stakeholders for the project management, reporting and reviews.
* Work with the globally distributed team
* Ability to understand the business functionality and end to end architecture of the application and its interface with the various Equities applications
* Ability to provide value added design and business expertise to the project
* Ability to mentor team members on organisational processes

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

(Minimum essential to effectively deliver the key outputs)



Mandatory:

* Experience of functional delivery of critical financial applications.
* Experience of Equities Front End application, preferred (Trader) Order Management Systems.

General skills/competencies :

* Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills are a must due to the nature of role involving communication with global / remote colleagues and management
* Ability to take ownership of assignments and work under tight deadlines to achieve the team deliver is a must
* Ability to communicate effectively working with a global distributed team
* Ability to understand the business functionality and end to end architecture of the application

Requirement : 3 Sr. Associate/AVP/VP (Location : Mumbai)

* Expert level in C++ development on Window and Linux environments.
* Require prior experience in project management as well as in leading a small team of developers.
* 6+ years of object-oriented design and development experience with strong knowledge of design patterns.
* In depth knowledge of multithreading, exception handling, and OS internal specifics.
* Knowledge of template and STL is also required.
* Experience in design and implementation of low latency and high throughput trading systems
* Needs to have strong expertise in inter process communication (TCP/IP) and event driven programming
* Hands on experience in server side programming on a 64-bit platform is highly desired.
* Prior experience in US equities trading environment is essential.
* Prior experience in US options/futures trading environment as well as prior experience in UK/Asia markets is a plus.
* Experience with various third party products, such as TIBCO Messaging Services, Ticker Plant, Wombat market data infrastructure, is also a plus
* Needs to be able to excel in a rapid paced environment where requirements and priorities change continuously.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
