We are having an urgent opening with our client “SABA Software Pvt. Ltd.� it’s in Pune.
Position: Team Lead.
Experience Level: 5+ yrs
Job Location: Mumbai/Pune Both.
Skill Sets Desired:
1. B.E. or equivalent in Computer Science or related fields. (Masters Degree in Computer Science required if bachelor’s degree is in unrelated stream).
2. Minimum experience of about 5 years.
3. Strong technology background including exposure to
a. Object Oriented programming paradigm and design patterns
b. Proficiency in Java or similar programming language
c. Exposure to N -Tier Web programming paradigm – preferably J2EE.
d. Exposure to at least one web UI technology preferably Struts, JSP, Servlets or equivalent
e. Exposure to programming with any relational database – preferably Oracle, DB2 and/or SQL Server. No DBA skills required.
4. Excellent people and communication skills.
5. Project management skills.

Desired Skills:
1. Experience of 5 to 8 years in the software field
2. Should have proven track record in leading a team of a minimum of 5 people.
