Hope you are doing good. I am Mohammed and work for the "Search Team" at
TVA Infotech, who handles Management positions in the IT Industry.
I am in the process of getting in touch with Senior IT Professionals to help explore

At the moment I am working towards .NET Positions for Mindtree Consulting

Position -SSE / TEAM LEADER / TECHNICAL LEADER
Experience - 4 to 8 yrs
Education- ANY GRADUATE
Position reports to -Manager
Base Location - Bangalore
Skills - .NET Background.


Job Details overview:

Depth of knowledge on C#/VB.Net, ASP.Net
* Depth of knowledge on SQL Server / Oracle
* OO Design experience and n-tier architecture experience
* Ability to articulate and justify technical design & architecture decisions,
 both to internal teams & customer teams.
* Should be handling a team of atleast 3 - 4 members

Role Details :

* Understands application architectures and has good command over module platforms.
* Can convert business requirements into a design
* Has the ability to see through the modular issues
* Can independently handle modular designs and can also do technical design work
* With experience should be able to play the role of module lead and mentor a small
 team
* of developers in programming, design and documentation
* Participates in architecture and design of solution; leads module level design
 and implementation
* Maps the project life cycle with the project manager
* Manages the technical rollout and post-deliverable technical strategy
* Has an effective client interaction skill.
* Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of
 deliverables.
