Position:- Java Lead

Location:- Bangalore/ Chennai

Experience:- 4 to 11 yrs

Rolls:-

Understands application architectures and has good command over module patforms
2. Can convert business requirements into a design

3. Has the ability to see through the modular issues

4. Can independently handle modular designs and can also do technical design work

5. With experience should be able to play the role of module lead and mentor a small team of developers in programming, design and documentation

6. Participates in architecture and design of solution; leads module level design and implementation;

7. Is the lead for the technical team

8. Maps the project life cycle with the project manager

9. Manages the technical rollout and post- deliverable technical strategy

10. Has effective client interaction skills.

11. Responsible for working with Project manager to set and review overall quality of deliverables.

Skills:- Java, J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Swings, JSP, Servlets, JDBC, HTML, SQL, WSAD, XML, UML, OOAD.

Education Qualification:- B.E / MCA / B.Tech / M. Tech / M.Sc. (Computer Science) / B.Sc.
