General skills/competencies :
* Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills are a must due to the nature of role involving communication with global / remote colleagues and management
* Ability to take ownership of assignments and work under tight deadlines to achieve the team deliver is a must
* Ability to communicate effectively working with a global distributed team
* Ability to understand the business functionality and end to end architecture of the application
Requirement : 3 Sr. Associate/AVP/VP (Location : Mumbai)
* Expert level in C++ development on Window and Linux environments.
* Require prior experience in project management as well as in leading a small team of developers.
* 6+ years of object-oriented design and development experience with strong knowledge of design patterns.
* In depth knowledge of multithreading, exception handling, and OS internal specifics.
* Knowledge of template and STL is also required.
* Experience in design and implementation of low latency and high throughput trading systems
* Needs to have strong expertise in inter process communication (TCP/IP) and event driven programming
* Hands on experience in server side programming on a 64-bit platform is highly desired.
* Prior experience in US equities trading environment is essential.
* Prior experience in US options/futures trading environment as well as prior experience in UK/Asia markets is a plus.
