CSW / EAI / EIM: Resources should have minimum of 3 years of experience in Siebel and should be proficient in any of the one skills: CSW or EAI or EIM
Siebel Architects: · Resource should be good at high level and low level designing · Good in Effort Estimation & Solution Analysis · Should have worked as a Siebel Architect on at least 2 implementations
Siebel Business Analyst: · Should have experience in Requirements gathering & creation of HLD. · Customer facing experience. · Should have worked as BA on at least one implementations. · Good communication and interpersonal skills a must.
Siebel Project Manager: · Good in Siebel Effort Estimation, Siebel Solution Designing. · Should have worked as a Project Manager on at least 2 implementations.
OBIEE: · Resource should have 2 +yrs of experience in OBIEE 10.x /Siebel Analytics. · Well versed in Repository Design and Presentation Layer (UI) i.e. Report Design. · Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts is must. · Knowledge of ETL/Informatica will be an added advantage.
Siebel On Demand: · Good understanding of OD functionality - Campaign Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management. · Should have worked in configuration, administration, reporting, analytics and building custom OD extensions. · Knowledge of Workflows, Web 2.0 integration will be an added advantage.
Salesforce.com · At least 1 SFDC Implementation at the client’s site and perform a range of responsibilities – managing the project as well as configuring Salesforce.com. · Knowledge in Salesforce.com Development environment - S-Controls, AJAX Toolkit, Apex API, VisualForce · Knowledge of HTML, XML, scripting languages (JavaScript, PL/SQL) is added advantage.
