BE/Btech from Good Colleges with 1 to 2 yrs of experience in developing web page – ASP/Java/PHP, AJAX

Proficiency in software development life cycle.
Good programming skills.
Good Logical & Analytical Skills.
Understand Client requirements, design and code with shorter turnaround time.
Posess strong verbal & written communication skills in English.
Ability to prepare Technical Design Documents.
Peer Unit Test.
Database skills, ability to frame and execute complex SQL Queries and Stored Procs.
Ability to work Independently
Experience with Client interaction required

Desirable Skills : PL/SQL programming, Javascript, VBScript, Stylesheets, Web Design
