Requirement 1.

VB.Net
Knowledge in windows applications/win forms
Object Oriented Design skills (UML, Microsoft Enterprise Architect)
Proficient in object oriented concepts, design patterns MVC
Good Communication skills
Remoting
IIS 5.0
SQL Navigator
PL/SQL, Oracle triggers, SP (will be added advantage)
