# Performs on through requirements gathering, system design, coding, and unit/integration testing.
# Use software development life cycle methodology as well as applying Object Oriented and J2EE patterns to develop new applications and enhance existing applications.
# Interact with end users to gather requirements, solve application problems, and communicate status of commitments
Skills required:
3 to 5 Yrs JAVA and J2EE programming experience required.Demonstrated ability developing complex applications leveraging EJB, JMS, AJAX and JSP.Self-directed, with ability to work in a team environment and on individual assignments necessary.Understanding of software development life cycle methodology and change control processes preferred. Excellent written and oral communications skills necessary.
