They are looking for Developers / Sr. Developers on Java, J2ee with hands on with the following skill sets:
Strong on Core Java (Threads, Collections, Exceptions)
J2ee - JSP, Servlet, Struts, EJB
Oracle - Should be able to write basic PL/SQL queries, procedures.
