Position : J2EE SSE: 

1. Candidate has worked for at least 4.5 years in Java/J2EE/DB 
2 Candidate communication is good with no heavy accent issues 
3 Candidate aspires to remain technical and hands-on at least for 2 years 
4 Candidate should be fine with working in an environment where he/she will have no scope for growth in project management role 
5 Candidate will be working as Individual contributor with no mentor to help him/her 
6 Candidate needs to be a hands-on technical person 
7 Mandatory - Core Java, JDBC 
8 Mandatory - J2EE - should have worked in JSP, Servlets and either (EJB or Spring or Hibernate), 
9 Mandatory in Database âEUR" Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL 
10 Aware in XML XSLT, ORM (Hibernate), Ant, Junit, Eclipse, weblogic, SDLC, Unix, WebServices, SOAP, Flex, HTML/JSP/CSS, MQ-Series, JMS, UML 
11 Worked in product company

Minimum of 6+ years Application development experience

* Experience with the complete SDLC 
* Very good Team Lead capabilities (to have handled a team of 5 + developers)
Technical Skills:

3+ years OO Analysis and Design, UML (Class Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, etc)
Thorough understanding and application of design patterns

Evaluate and improve performance using OptimizeIT/JProbe/Netbeans Profiler etc
Work with business analysts in understanding new requirements 
Project Management skills

8+ years of IT experience
3+ years of hard-core architectural experience
Technical Skills
Architect with J2EE technologies
Designed and implemented distributed systems
Excellent with RDBMS and data modeling
Strong exposure to Application Servers 
Extremely proficient on core as well as J2EE design patterns
Should have designed & implemented SOA, Web-services solutions. 
Extremely good on UML
Knowledge of CORBA will be an added advantage
Experience on performance monitoring & improvement a plus.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates traceability between design & requirements
Modeling - business process, logical & physical (data)
Identify candidate and alternative architecture & designs & do trade off analysis
Prepare architectural & design docs and presentations
Identify solutions 
Participate in designing frameworks.
Review technical artifacts

Should have been involved in Prototype, experiment (POC) & simulate

Expert in SDLC processes i.e. Configuration Management, Release Management, Testing, Tools Integration
