Job Description:-
- Experience working on Java/J2EE platform with extensive knowledge of EJB, JMS a must
- Must have worked on at least 2 web development (J2EE) projects with complete development lifecylce
- Development experience of BEA weblogic Application server with Oracle as backend database
- Knowledge of iterative development methodologies e.g. RUP, Agile is required
- Experience of using Eclipse development IDE and Jtest (unit testing), MS Visio (modeling)
- Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Coordination skills with support, QA, business analysts & infrastructure team is highly desirable
- Ability to lead and motivate support team
- Client facing experience is required
- Knowlledge of web content management, Vignette scripting is desirable
- Knowledge of iAnywhere mobility solution on Windows Mobile platform alongwith java script / mobilink / MCL
- Basic Unix user level knowledge is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Ajax / JackBE is highly desirable
- Knowledge of web services is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Struts / Jasper is desirable
- Knowledge of iAnywhere mobility solution on Windows Mobile platform alongwith java script / mobilink / MCL (alternately J2ME experienced resources can be considered, but they will need training anyway on iAnywhere)
- Knowledge of iterative development methodologies e.g. RUP, Agile is required
- Experience of using Eclipse development IDE and Jtest (unit testing), MS Visio (modeling)

- Ability to communicate effectively across teams e.g. support, QA, business analysts & infrastructure team is a plus
