o Bachelors degree in engineering; diploma holders will be considered in exceptional cases
o At least 5 years of experience on Microsoft server platforms
o Previous experience of a process-oriented support environment in a similar organization
o Relevant certifications highly desirable

o Need to be flexible in terms of work timings, location etc
