Opening of Program Manager in Adobe India

Position: Program Manager
Location: NOIDA
Experience: 4 -12 years

Responsibilities:
• Builds the project schedule, including putting together the framework, identifying dependencies - negotiating with 3rd parties/internal teams.
• Prepares for milestone reviews with input from the team and is the presenter for the milestone review.
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis and critical thinking of a variety of factors are required to formulate creative solutions for a project or initiative.
• Implements process improvements, including identifying the problem areas and process improvements – primarily focused on their product.
• Identification and management of risks focused on their immediate project.
• Effectively facilitates communication with immediate and extended team. Able to identify and resolve miscommunication with immediate and extended team. Tailors the content and delivery of
• communication to the target audience. Notifies manager before setting a red flag.
• Understands and articulates the scope of top issues and how they relate/affect the overall product.
• Brings up and resolves project-specific issues in a timely manner. Proposes workable solutions to complex problems while considering the needs of all groups that are impacted.
• Receives little instruction on day to day work
• Manages multiple competing projects or tasks with minimal direction from management.
• Drives strategic and tactical decisions for projects that are under the individual's direct and team responsibilities.
• Effectively negotiates, persuades and motivates immediate and extended project team members, providing justifiable proposals and recommendations and clearly outlined courses
• of action to follow.
• Outcome of decisions and actions taken can significantly affect the human resources and/or financial costs of one or more projects.
• Consults with senior management in developing strategic and tactical methods to persuade immediate and extended project team members for deployment of actions.
• Quickly and adeptly responds to current issues and foresees potential challenges on projects, formulates and presents corrective measures, and secures commitment from team
• members, proactively addressing issues before they become crises.
• Establishes creditability with peers at the project and senior levels and is a driving force for change when needed.
• Develops and effectively executes plans for change (new process, tool, etc) within the extended project team.
• Takes initiative to drive problem resolution with the project team and extended team.May step into leadership gap by assuming authority/responsib ility when necessary.
• Provides clarity and guidance on established policies and procedure at the project and extended team level. If there is no established process, works with team and management
• to develop policy or procedure.
• Leads by example. Set high standard & communicates expectation of high achievement to others on the extended team.

Requirements:
• B. Tech/MBA from a reputed institute.
• 4+ years of corporate experience.
• Proven ability to understand consumer needs and translate needs into product requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed team.
