Associate Lead- Java

Taleo Id- 313529 Job Responsibilities: Designing, coding, debugging, documenting and supporting efficient and effective computer applications and tools consistent with established specifications and business requirements. Interpret business requirements related to a significant element of a system application. Assist with design or enhancements of straightforward aspects of less complex systems. Completes efficient coding on complex applications. Document unit test plans; completes unit testing successfully. Provide input / assist in conducting system feasibility studies. Assist with evaluation of systems scope and objectives. Guides, trains, instruct and assist others at lower levels on straightforward technical issues. Desired Skills:

B.Tech./MCA/ Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). More than 4.5 years of relevant IT industry experience. Should have good experience in Core Java, Spring F/w, J2EE Tech., Web Services, HTML, CSS, XSL, Java Script, SQL. Should have good exposure to some of the frameworks like – Struts, Hibernate, JSF, SpringMVC. Proficient in UML and Modeling. Exposure to portal technologies (JSR 168) will be added advantage. Proficient in one of the applications servers like WebSphere (is preferred), JBoss, Tomcat, WebLogic.

Project Lead- Java

Taleo Id- 313530 Job Responsibilities: Provides team leadership in areas of specific technical knowledge. Assists with defining requirements; can perform detailed analysis of systems specifications for complex systems. Identify and design most efficient and cost effective solution. Completes coding on new, complex and involved systems; conducts code reviews. Efficient tester, documents integrated system test plans. Evaluate, redesign and modify existing program logic. Evaluate and modify existing programs to take changes in systems requirements or equipment configurations into account. Able to conduct feasibility studies for significant new systems or expansion of current systems. Helps to develop project cost and benefit estimates, including identification and evaluation of alternatives. Provide input to technical standards and systems investments. Assist in evaluating alternative protocols, tools, standards and systems investments. Able to provide training and assistance on full range of technical issues. Desired Skills:

Project Lead- .Net

Taleo Id- 313531 Job Responsibilities: Design, implementation and support of various enterprise/business solutions. Support, implement, execute and monitor .NET projects. Work directly with business analysts, end users and project teams to develop new functionality, module, and application from specifications. Convert complex requirements into an optimal design. Coordinate testing, and performing change management/training . Perform routine program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, and unit testing. Provide production support and administration. Monitor, communicate and troubleshoot issues. Preparing project-related documentation (object designs, business rules, technical specs, etc.) throughout various stages of the project. Mentoring team members and track day to day assignments. Able to act as "in charge" project leader for smaller projects or in temporary absence of project leader / manager. Must be Microsoft Technology passionate, Ability to learn upcoming & existing technologies of Microsoft, perform R&D work. Active participation in laying down of common set of best practices & pattern in .NET Projects. Vigorous Contribution in various activities of .Net CoE. Desired Skills:

Strong design and development experience of web and desktop systems in .NET (2003/2005/2008) . Should have 6+ Years of experience. Strong experience on web tools and technologies like ASP.NET, Web Services, XML/XSD, AJAX , Silver light. Good knowledge of MS Server and Services like MOSS, SSIS, Project Server etc. Experience using reporting, scheduling tools like Crystal Reports, DTS and SSIS Strong database knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server (at least one). Independent player. Strong communication (verbal and written) & Analytical skills. Exposure to latest trends in Microsoft development tools and technologies i.e. .Net 3.5, WCF, WWF, WPF. Hands on experience on UML & design patterns.
