Position: .net Architect

1. Good Academics
2. Should have worked in good companies, less movement i.e. at least 3-4 years in a company. For a 12 years exp. person, 5 companies and above is not good.
3. Ideal, if the person is from Microsoft Excellence group

4. Should be familiar with broad based Microsoft technologies, especially .Net and Share point.
5. Should have done hands on coding and even now should be hands on especially while developing prototypes etc.
6. Should have led the team from the architecture point of view, at least in the last 3 years.

Experience: 12-14 years
