Complete job description
Principal Duties and Essential Job Functions :
-Provide on-going performance tuning for Oracle 11i Applications (multiple modules).
-Troubleshoot user problems via a thorough understanding of Oracle Apps technical environment
-Provide Root cause and corrective actions for severe and repetitive issues
-Maintain effective communication with both diverse client and CSC teams; work closely with clients to resolve problems and provide solutions.
-Ability to work independently from a remote location.
-Excellent communication and support skills with end users and proven ability to effectively interact with other business and technical analysts..

*Skills Basic Qualifications: Total IT experience 10+ years
6+ years experience Oracle Applications (multiple modules including non-financial);
3+ years SQL Programming;
2+ years Unix environment; 3+ years in end user technical support role;
6 years Oracle application DBA experience
Skills Required

• Good Communication Skills to interact with the Customer/Client, Onshore/Offshore members
• Willingness to work in shifts
